Common questions
My phone got wet — what should I do?
Don't charge it and don't try to turn it on — powering a wet phone can short the board. Bring it in as soon as you can; sooner is better for recovery.
Can you guarantee my photos come back?
No honest shop can guarantee recovery — it depends on the damage. What we guarantee is a real assessment and straight answers about your chances before you pay for the work.
How much does it cost?
Data recovery starts at from $115. Your exact quote depends on the device and the damage, confirmed after assessment.
How long does it take?
It depends on the damage. We'll give you a realistic timeline with your assessment.
